FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Woodhams Eye Clinic offers Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD), the nation’s leading patient payment program. Unlike traditional lenders, HFD approves nearly all applicants regardless of credit score and does not conduct hard credit checks, ensuring no damage to the patient’s credit. This system makes treatments more accessible and alleviates the financial burden on patients, allowing them to focus on their healthcare needs without the stress of upfront costs.

HFD offers a comprehensive range of payment plans to choose from and a promotional 0% interest rate for 12-months.

VISION CORRECTION PROCEDURE FEES

Our fee for any LASER Vision Correction Procedure includes your complete evaluation with WavePrint™ cornea mapping and many other state-of-the-art tests, individualized procedures, a post-op kit containing supplies and a prescription for eye medication(s), plus follow-up care for twelve months after your procedure.

Full payment is required prior to treatment for each eye. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Many patients use those cards to arrange convenient monthly payments, however, other payment options are available below. NOTE: Fees are subject to change without notice. The fee does not include treatment for unrelated eye problems that may coincidentally arise during the post-op period. It also does not include reading glasses or sunglasses. ENHANCEMENT FEE: There is no additional procedure fee for enhancements for Laser Vision Correction during the first year. However, there is a fee of $125 for each enhancement during your twelve-month post-operative period to help cover the VisX laser royalty that is charged for each use of the laser.
